Historical Presenter Jim Gibbons will discuss his years as a sales representative for the E.J. Brach & Sons Candy Company. From the enticing chocolate smell of the plant, to the eye-twinkling displays in the stores, Gibbons will present all the tricks of the trade that help you, the buyer, select your treats.
