Event Details
Ms. Laura from the DuPage Animal Shelter will demonstrate ways body language reveals how we and our animal friends feel. Through games and activities, students will learn to safely interact with animals.
As a participant in a program with DuPage County Animal Services, I understand an foreseen and unforeseen events may arise during a hands-on interaction with an animal. Unforeseen events include, but are not limited to: animal bites, scratches, allergic reactions, or contact with pet saliva or other bodily fluids. Accordingly, I hereby waive any cause of action for liability against and agree to hold harmless DuPage County Animal Services and DuPage County for any personal injury that may occur during a program.
