Discover expert tips and techniques to soothe your baby and support healthy sleep and development. Patti Ideran OTR/L CEIM will help parents understand the difference between colicky, cranky and just plain fussy behavior.  She will teach the CALM method (Cues, Arousal Levels, Massage) and other evidence-based techniques to support sleep, feeding, and bonding. Discussions will include infant massage, tummy time, age-appropriate wake windows, safe sleep strategies, developmental milestones and anticipatory guidance for what to expect next. Enter for a raffle of Patti's book The CALM Baby Method: Solutions for Fussy Days and Sleepless Nights.
