Program Description

Event Details

Line dancing is a fun and energetic way to get moving, enjoy great music, and connect with others. It’s also great for your brain—studies show that line dancing regularly can help reduce the risk of memory loss by up to 76%!

No experience? No problem! Line dancing is simply a set of steps repeated. Stephanie will guide you step-by-step, breaking down each move clearly and offering easy alternatives if anything feels uncomfortable. Whether you're 16 or 86, you can join in, smile, and enjoy the rhythm.

No boots required—just wear comfortable footwear and come ready to have a great time!
