Grades 1-5. Children going to first through fifth grade this fall can participate in the Smokey Bear & Woodsy Owl Poster Contest. This is an annual contest for elementary school children across the Nation that raises awareness of the importance of caring for the environment and preventing wildfires. Stop by the Youth Services desk to receive your contest packet. This contest is facilitated by the Tri-Village Garden Club and hosted by the Bartlett Public Library.
